Hello, I’m Bernice

👋 Hey, I’m Bernice, and I am so excited to welcome you the Buggyfit membership.

With over 20yrs experience as a midwife and with 8yrs as a level 3 postnatal trainer I have worked out the best way of connecting mums through a fab outdoor class that includes being part of an amazing community and helps you to reconnect to your body and to build core and overall strength.

I have also developed a proven program to help you to reconnect and feel stronger in your core and overall body and this complements your Buggyfit classes perfectly. With 15 min videos you can squeeze these in to your busy mum life and really start feeling the difference.
